Hmm yeah i tried alot of tutorials in order for me to experiment on realistic hair...its would have been much easier if i had a tablet

I like the top right one and bottom left one the best. Doing hair with a tablet is much easier, but its possible to do with a mouse too. Or at least if you have a pen/line-too. 
Just sharpen your techniques and it'll look just like you have a tablet! 
I'm sure there are several tutorials that you can find about mouse-drawing....you could also download hair-brushes, though I'm not sure how those work exactly.
